All products supplied by CMC Operations & Training Consultants are delivered digitally. No physical goods are shipped.

Digital Product Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final.

Once a product has been purchased and access, download, or delivery has been provided by CMC Operations & Training Consultants, we are unable to offer:

• refunds

• exchanges

• cancellations

• returns

This policy exists because digital materials cannot be returned and access cannot be revoked once issued.

Consumer Rights (UK)

Under UK consumer law, the 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases does not apply to digital content once download or access has begun.

By purchasing and accessing digital products from CMC Operations & Training Consultants, you acknowledge and agree that:

• delivery is immediate

• the cooling-off period is waived

• the product becomes non-refundable once accessed

Duplicate Purchases
